Keshia Hair is the Founder and Principal Consultant of The Workroom Consulting Group.
With a background in macro social work, she brings a systems-based approach to organizational growth, helping nonprofits, small businesses, and civic organizations strengthen infrastructure, align leadership, and execute with clarity.
She has advised organizations managing budgets from $500K to over $30M, supported clients in securing millions in funding, and built a consulting model that connects experienced professionals with organizations that need specialized expertise and additional capacity.
