ABOUT THE ROLE

The Operations Manager will strengthen the systems and processes that support the organization’s daily work. This person will oversee internal operations, improve workflows, coordinate vendors, and help ensure that programs and administrative functions run smoothly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee program planning, implementation, and evaluation

  • Lead and support program managers and coordinators

  • Establish performance measures and reporting systems

  • Strengthen collaboration across departments and partners

  • Manage program budgets and resource allocation

  • Present program results to leadership, funders, and community partners

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Five or more years of nonprofit program leadership experience

  • Experience managing teams, budgets, and multiple initiatives

  • Strong understanding of program evaluation and performance measurement

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills

  • Commitment to youth development and equitable community outcomes
