Founder & Principal Consultant
Keshia is the driving force behind The WorkRoom Consulting Group, where she channels over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit, education, and business sectors into her unwavering belief in the power of change and equity. She knows firsthand what it takes to build thriving organizations, and she's passionate about creating sustainable teams through dynamic organizational development and deep collaboration. As a dedicated St. Louis native, Keshia has made a significant impact on her community. In her role as Manager for the Center for Human Service Leadership at the Delmar Divine—a partnership between Delmar DivINe and Washington University in St. Louis, supported by Missouri Foundation for Health—she led initiatives that strengthened nearly 35 nonprofit organizations. She also managed over $6 million in early childhood investments at Saint Louis MHB, always with a focus on equitable outcomes and meaningful change. Keshia’s journey from marketing and public relations to elementary education underscores her commitment to breaking down barriers and fostering equity. By building community partnerships, she worked tirelessly to eliminate obstacles to academic success for students. Her dedication to equity and change continues through her service on boards of child-focused organizations, and as an adjunct professor of Human Services and Social Work. Keshia earned her Master’s in Social Work from Saint Louis University, specializing in communities and organizations, further solidifying her role as a leader in advancing equity and driving transformative change.

Creative Director
Chris House is a versatile graphic designer and illustrator specializing in product design, packaging design, character design, concept art, and a variety of print media. He has over 10 years of experience with political campaign branding for various clients around the country and has illustrated over 20 published children's books. Based in St. Louis, MO, he brings creativity and expertise to every project.

DJ Ojo
Principal Web/ IT SME
DJ Ojo is an accomplished IT professional based in Saint Louis, Missouri, with over a decade of experience spanning SharePoint development, Help Desk support, Project Management, SQL administration, Office 365, and Server Administration. Known for his versatility and problem-solving mindset, DJ has supported enterprise-level IT environments and led technology initiatives for organizations such as Rawlings, Enterprise Holdings, CitiMortgage, and Procter & Gamble. He holds several industry-recognized certifications, including CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), and Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator. His strong foundation in both infrastructure and development enables him to bridge the gap between users, systems, and business goals—delivering solutions that are efficient, scalable, and secure.
